One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent server information; impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; spam, harass, or abuse other users; attempt to manipulate rankings or voting systems; upload malicious code or malware; violate intellectual property rights; or engage in illegal activities.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display and distribute your server listings and related content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

Server owners must provide accurate information about their servers. Misleading information, fake player counts, or other deceptive practices may result in removal. We reserve the right to remove or modify server listings that violate our policies. Featured placement is subject to our algorithm and payment terms.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. All cancellations take effect immediately and are final - we do not offer 'cancel at period end' functionality. When you cancel, your subscription ends immediately and your server is downgraded to the free tier. Any content exceeding free tier limits (gallery images, events, etc.) will be permanently deleted. Prorated credits may be applied at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of premium features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for third-party server content or conduct. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hytale or Hypixel Studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
